Time to get on the road again doing one of my favorite things! Hanging around some of the most beautiful cars and trucks! That’s right…soon I will be on the road to attend the Houston Auto Show Media Event. Having been a part of the San Antonio and Dallas Auto Shows, it’s always fun to see what new and exciting things another city’s auto shows share. The Houston Auto show will be held at the NRG Center, One NRG Park, Houston, TX 77054. Show dates are, January 24-29, 2018. The 2017 Houston Auto Show is shifting into high gear with more than 800,000 square feet of the latest vehicles from the world’s top automakers. For 35 years, the Houston Auto Show has brought the automotive world to Texas, allowing consumers to see, touch, drive and experience the industry’s latest and greatest offerings. The Houston Auto Show has grown to include much more and the largest auto show of the south. The Houston Auto Show is the only Auto Show providing you with the opportunity to test drive more than 70 vehicles in one place. Toyota has been in the news lately with a newly redesigned Camry. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, home to the 4.2 million square foot Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas plant, I’m excited to spend a little more time seeking what new additions Toyota brings to the Auto Show this year. Growing up in a family of hunters and fisherman, I plan on sharing what features the Tundra, Tacoma, and the 4 Runners have that will be perfect for the great outdoors. Auto shows are great for those in the market looking for a new car and/or truck; it’s also a fun family event. The newest additions to the 2018 show include more ride & drive experiences. Don’t forget to stop by the Aftermarket Expo of the Houston Auto Show that includes everything from the exotic to the extreme vehicles and their specialty parts and accessories, from ultra-luxury to off-road and everything in between and the Classic Cars section that features more than 50 classic cars on display in the NRG Center lobby and on the show floor.
